Hi, my name is Miguel, I’ve been personal training over 7 years and enjoy every moment of it! Fitness is my passion and I like to think it transitions to the work I put in here with my clients! For fun I like to compete in body building competitions, practice Muay Thai and volunteer my time with Team Rubicon (a veterans disaster relief organization) . I also have a military and first responder background, so you can rest assured I will physically and mentally push you past your limits in a safe enjoyable way!
